Another Overheard

Sarah while driving with me in the van the other day laughed about something funny I once said and added, “but at least you’re not an interfering mother.”  I had a bit of fun digging out what she meant by that. 

Overheard

We were walking down the hill toward the pool when Holly exclaimed, “Mom!  Your legs look like one of those exercise women”  Oh, the shock and awe on their faces – hilarious.  I don’t know what they were thinking.  It must be the suit… 

To Remember Always

Earlier today… 

“Don’t worry, Beret Anna, I’ve been here a long time and I’m still not an adult.  I still hug Mama all the time.  You have lots of time to hug your Mama, so don’t worry.”
